Responsibilities

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Provides advice to TransLink’s Internal Audit & Continuous Improvement department and service lines in the areas of strategy, operations, consulting, performance improvement, process optimization, and Lean Six Sigma application. Develops and leads lean six sigma programs and procedures to support cultural change across the Enterprise with a focus on Safety and Customer Experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manages the delivery of management consulting projects in the areas of strategy, operational excellence, root cause analysis, business process improvement, performance measurement, financial analysis and best practice benchmarking. Provide support to internal stakeholders across TransLink, BCRTC, CMBC and Transit Police to manage the development and implementation of improvement projects, with emphasis on the Safety and Customer Experience areas.
