Senior Contract Administrator

Summary

$60m+ Project | Perth Metro. A well-regarded, expanding tier 2 commercial builder is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team delivering a $60m large-format retail development in Perth.

This is a key commercial role working closely with the Project Manager and site team on a high‑profile, fast‑paced project with a strong head‑office support structure.

The Project

• $60m large-scale retail development
• Perth metro location
• Strong program certainty and established supply chain
• Well‑resourced project with clear systems and processes

The Role

• Full contract administration responsibilities from procurement through to project completion
• Letting and managing trade packages
• Assessment and processing of progress claims, variations and EOTs
• Cost reporting, forecasting and cashflow management
• Managing subcontractor correspondence and contractual compliance
• Working closely with the Project Manager to drive commercial outcomes
• Supporting project delivery while protecting margin and managing risk

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator on commercial or retail projects ($30m+)
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement and cost control
• Confident managing subcontractors and negotiating variations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Construction management, quantity surveying or similar qualification preferred
