Job Description

• Manage end-to-end contract administration for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, BOQs, rate analysis, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with planning, execution, billing, and legal teams to ensure contractual compliance.
• Handle variation orders, extra items, claims, counter-claims, and final bill settlements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, certifications, and adherence to contract terms.
• Participate in negotiations with vendors and subcontractors to optimize cost and timelines.
