Job Description
Manage end-to-end contract administration for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.
Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, BOQs, rate analysis, and tender documents.
Coordinate with planning, execution, billing, and legal teams to ensure contractual compliance.
Handle variation orders, extra items, claims, counter-claims, and final bill settlements.
Monitor subcontractor performance, certifications, and adherence to contract terms.
Participate in negotiations with vendors and subcontractors to optimize cost and timelines.
Job Requirements
B. E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in contracts management for industrial / EPC projects.
Should have exposure in setting up Industrial Projects.
