We are presently seeking a Senior Contracts Management Specialist for a 1‑year contract at our Calgary, Alberta location. This position is responsible for drafting, administering and controlling contracts and related documents (e.g., contracts, Technical Assistance Agreements and proposals), while reporting to management on all contractual aspects of the program. The incumbent will identify and mitigate risk issues, develop risk mitigation strategies for management consideration, negotiate low‑risk and high/low‑dollar contracts with the government or commercial entities, and generate billings for the operation.
