Description & Requirements
The Senior Contracts Manager - VA & DHA Programs will oversee all contractual activities for a major program with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and support engagements with the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This role requires deep expertise in FAR/DFARS-governed federal contracts, strong leadership in contract administration, and active participation in proposal development. The Contract Sr Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting program success.
