Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Control Systems Project Lead to join our Mining team, based out of Saskatoon, SK. The Senior Control Systems Project Lead will be responsible for leading ABB xA control system projects from concept through implementation across multiple projects. This role is responsible for technical leadership of control system scope, with a strong emphasis on system architecture, cross-discipline coordination, and clear communication between programming teams, project management, operations, and vendors. The ideal candidate is comfortable shaping scope in early project phases, guiding multiple stakeholders toward aligned decisions, and ensuring control systems are designed intentionally—not reactively.
