We are looking for a
Senior Controller
to joing our Global CPO team based in Sant Cugat. This role plays a key role in providing financial leadership and strategic insight across the global Product organization (CPO)

This position partners closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and global Product development teams to drive performance, ensure financial rigor, and support data-driven decision-making aligned with Fluidra's strategic objectives.

The role combines strong analytical capabilities, international financial expertise, and a proactive business-partnering approach to optimize the efficiency, profitability, and scalability of the Product function globally.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a financial business partner to the Global Product organization, providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
