Remote Legal Specialist – Conveyancing

Position is fully remote and open to Philippine-based Filipino applicants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of property law and conveyancing work for all types of customers.
• Provide A‑Z residential conveyancing service.
• Review contracts of sale.
• Explain any uncertainties to customers.
• Guide customers through every stage of the conveyancing process.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of conveyancing experience (essential).
• Queensland/NSW conveyancing experience highly desirable; Australian conveyancing experience acceptable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and processes.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under stress.
• Experience with PEXA (preferred) and LEAP CRM (preferred).
