The Opportunity
The Senior Coordinator (Corporate Education) leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality, client-focused corporate education programs, with a focus on customised leadership development for corporate, government, and not-for-profit partners. This role manages the full program lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while aligning with the Corporate Education team's strategic priorities.
Working closely with academic experts, facilitators, business development staff, learning designers, and client stakeholders, the Senior Coordinator oversees program operations, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes. Responsibilities include managing budgets and contracts, administering learning platforms, coordinating assessments and digital tools, and ensuring seamless delivery of both online and face-to-face programs to enhance participant learning outcomes.
