Job Summary:
The Senior Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the General Manager and other functional leaders, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and communications. The person will coordinate all administrative services for the Gurgaon and Mumbai offices, including office policies, vendor management, facility repairs, and office inventory. Acting as a central liaison, the role supports cross-functional coordination among HR, IT, Finance, Admin, and global teams to ensure workplace initiatives are delivered effectively.
