Escalates calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary to provide timely resolution on internal enquiries.
Responsible for complete, timely and accurate completion of all core capabilities (i.e. - core brokerage tasks, client and carrier documentation, computer system records, etc.).
Participates in special projects, providing insight and feedback to provide recommendations/solutions.
Responds to calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary to provide timely information.
Acts as a subject matter expert and provides feedback and advice to colleagues.
Maintains a solid understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.
Adheres to Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy, brokerage standards, and continues to learn new policies and standards through receiving (and requesting) structured feedback and training.
