About this opportunity: Cenovus is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Turnarounds, to join our Oil Sands team. Reporting to the Superintendent, Turnarounds & Major Maintenance, this role is responsible for the planning, strategy, readiness, and execution of assigned Turnaround events. The Senior Coordinator leads the development of integrated plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders to enable safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.

This role requires travel to all four Oil Sands sites to support planning and execution activities, as required. This position is located in Calgary, Alberta.
What you’ll do:
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- Lead Turnaround (TA) milestone planning, including assigning action owners, tracking progress, and managing adherence to schedule and budget.
