## Job Description# Senior Copilot EngineerThe ideal candidate has experience in **Microsoft 365 ecosystems**, **Power Platform**, **Copilot Studio**, and **AI workflow automation**.* Design, configure, and deploy **Copilot Studio solutions** to support automation, reporting, and knowledge discovery scenarios.* Develop and optimize **prompts**, **flows**, and **topics** for natural language–based interactions.* Integrate Copilot Studio with **Microsoft 365**, **SharePoint**, **Power BI**, and connectors for **Salesforce**, **SAP**, and **ServiceNow**.* Implement **retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)** and document summarization workflows within Copilot Studio.* Create **workflow automations** using **Power Automate**, ensuring reliability and efficiency.* Perform **scenario testing, security validation**, and **access control configuration** aligned to governance requirements.* Support the development of **metadata tagging**, **data source mapping**, and **compliance documentation**.* Collaborate with the **AI Center of Excellence (CoE)** and internal enablement teams for user training and adoption.* Participate in defining success criteria, testing acceptance, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).* Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of Copilot solutions across departments.* Strong understanding of **Microsoft 365 integration** (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power BI).* Excellent troubleshooting and testing skills for Copilot Studio and Power Automate environments.* English proficiency (B2+ level) for collaboration with global stakeholders.- **4–6 years** of experience in **Microsoft cloud development**, **automation**, or **Power Platform engineering**.- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Copilot Studio** or **Power Virtual Agents**, **Power Automate**, and **Power Apps**.- Experience configuring **API and data connectors** to systems such as **Salesforce**, **SAP**, or **ServiceNow**.- Knowledge of **AI prompt engineering**, **workflow orchestration**, and **data governance** concepts.- Familiarity with **RAG**, **semantic search**, and **document summarization** use cases.- Working knowledge of **Azure Active Directory**, **Dataverse**, and **role-based access control (RBAC)**.* Microsoft certifications such as **Power Platform Developer Associate** or **AI Engineer Associate**.* Experience implementing **Copilot solutions** in enterprise or regulated environments.* Understanding of **LangChain**, **vector indexing**, or **external RAG architectures**.* Familiarity with **Azure AI Services**, **Graph API**, and **Power BI embedding**.* Exposure to **train-the-trainer programs** and AI enablement initiatives.* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving mindset.* Excellent communication and teamwork in cross-functional environments.* Detail-oriented with a focus on governance, quality, and compliance.* Eager to learn emerging AI tools and automation frameworks.* Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced delivery environments.
