The role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing core network systems to improve performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance while driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operations and provide technical support for UDM and SVC (IMS + CS) core network products.

  • Perform equipment commissioning, software and network upgrades, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.

  • Monitor and optimize core network performance, ensuring reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Analyze network data to identify and resolve technical issues, and support strategic network enhancements.
