Intelex Technologies, ULC is seeking candidates for its Sr. Corporate Counsel position. Intelex’s global headquarters are located in Toronto, Ontario with remote employees based in the US, India, and Brazil. The successful candidate will join the Legal Team in a remote/hybrid capacity in either a US city (Eastern/Central time zones preferred) or Toronto, ON. The Sr. Corporate Counsel will contribute to the continued growth of Intelex’s international SaaS and technology services businesses by overseeing Intelex’s commercial contracting function, agreement drafting and negotiations, contract administration functions, and other commercial/compliance issues arising in Intelex’s day-to-day business.
