Senior Cost Analyst

Overview

You will be working closely with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, finance and research in order to establish Development portfolio products cost and to identify supporting Cost avoidance initiatives. You would be located in Malaysia office and reports to Product Cost Manager

Strategic Impact and Decision Making

Build ground up cost estimates for new projects currently being developed within Research Design and Development (RDD).

Conduct reviews with Engineering to calculate future product costs and understand the associated risks and opportunities which could impact a product as it progresses through the development cycle.

Use your experience and knowledge to influence product, assembly, and component design to reduce cost where possible.

Work closely with (challenge) Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Finance to agree and report DDU Targets and current performance.
