As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will be involved in:

  • Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants & advise clients on financial and contractual risks.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior staff
  • Provide accurate cost estimates at all project phases, including feasibility studies, design, and construction.
  • Lead the preparation of cost estimates & cost comparison exercises including preparing and checking quantity take-offs, accurately describing the project scope, conducting QA/QC and obtaining market related pricing.
  • Benchmarking reports.
  • Cost Reports.
  • Unit rate analysis.
  • Undertaking Value management.
  • Support research related to construction market conditions throughout Canada, including analysis of official published data
