  • Develop, implement, and maintain project cost control systems and procedures.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Monitor project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
  • Analyze project performance (CPI, SPI, earned value analysis) and provide recommendations.
  • Review and approve subcontractors’ and suppliers’ invoices and variations.
  • Support management in identifying risks, deviations, and potential cost savings.
  • Coordinate with planning, procurement, and commercial departments to ensure cost alignment.
  • Participate in budget preparation, tender evaluation, and project closing reports.
  • Provide monthly cost reports and presentations to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control in construction/infrastructure projects.
