Qualifications
- Develop, implement, and maintain project cost control systems and procedures.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Monitor project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
- Analyze project performance (CPI, SPI, earned value analysis) and provide recommendations.
- Review and approve subcontractors’ and suppliers’ invoices and variations.
- Support management in identifying risks, deviations, and potential cost savings.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, and commercial departments to ensure cost alignment.
- Participate in budget preparation, tender evaluation, and project closing reports.
- Provide monthly cost reports and presentations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control in construction/infrastructure projects.
