Job Description

  • Prepares cost estimates and collaborates with Engineering & Design Division on variation/change order estimates and cost
  • Review and familiarize with the contract and determine the scope of the project.
  • Prepares the project budgetary cost of the project and ensure that the project is working within the approved budgetary cost.
  • Ensure successful project execution and use productive reports from the establishment of work breakdown structure with the use of project management system to monitor progress of all purchases, invoicing, and delivery up to the project completion.
  • Collect, tabulate, analyze and evaluate information relation to technical specifications, bid, proposal to ensure a more concise and comprehensive tender submissions on time with specific project requirements.
