- Develop and maintain project budgets, cost breakdown structures, and cost control systems.
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
- Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and cost variance analysis.
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and submit monthly cost reports, progress reports, and financial summaries.
