Principal Accountabilities

• Develop project CAPEX taking into consideration the first, second and third level element, wherever applicable, resulting in a feasible and competitive CAPEX to meeting Client requirements.
• Develop costing / budgets / estimates based on inputs by way of ITB/ RFQ/MSQ/Inquiry from internal and external customers.
• Prepare Level 3 CAPEX, based on the scope of work outlined in the ITB document to meet Client’s requirement.
• Prepare cost analysis to seek best solutions, technical and commercially viable for management decision.
• Develop cost estimate to support any cost variance or cost impacts to the project with applicable qualification during execution phase to ensure MISC budget is protected.
