We have an opening for the position of DCO Manager for our Mumbai location.
Job Profile:
Preparing Budget for MEP packages, Prepare the Rate Master and update the rates time to time based on market conditions, to evaluate the Tenders received from Design, conduct periodical techno-commercial Audits for defined Projects and Value Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various design cells and the estimation package teams.
- Review Design Development Packages and explore further need for cost optimization across various packages and value engineering options feasible.
- Ensure confirmation of adherence to various policies and norms while review of tenders.
- Ensure timely and accurate review of tenders and release it to procurement for further process.
- Assist in preparation of Concept, DD budgets and CTC budgets. Provide inputs on variation in Concept Design vs. DD Design and cost implication thereto.
