Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Cost Estimator located in Vadodara. The Senior Cost Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed project cost estimates, analyzing pricing proposals, managing budgets, and maintaining cost controls throughout project lifecycles. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate assessment and forecasting of project costs, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize resources and expenditure.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Management and Cost Control methodologies to ensure financial efficiency.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess project requirements and develop insightful data for strategic decision-making.
• Experience in Project Estimation and Budgeting to deliver accurate and comprehensive cost forecasts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with stakeholders and streamline cost-related processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in cost estimation or project management are an advantage.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and industry practices is preferred.
