Senior Cost Leader

Advise on contractual/commercial matters and support procurement and commercial Provide financial progress reports. Contribute to team delivery standards and support mentoring/review of outputs where required. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in Cost Management teams. University degree in Construction Management (Building Surveying) or Architecture; M&E engineers are also welcomed. Proven knowledge of MS Office and MS Project. MRICS or equivalent is not required but will be an asset. Technical proficiency: measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law. Previous experience within a consultancy environment is a plus. Proven experience managing project cost/budget, scope, schedule and resources; managing vendors; and overseeing formal planning, tracking and reporting of project performance.
