With a strong pipeline ahead in the region, BESIX Watpac is seeking a Senior Cost Planner / Estimator to join the Qld, NT & NZ team managing estimating and cost planning during tender, design development and project delivery phases.
This role will be responsible for:
Organising and managing tender estimates and project cost plans based on various forms of delivery and contracts.Identifying risks associated with head contract tender documents.Reviewing project designs through development stages to identify potential cost management risks.Monitoring project costs and upstream or downstream cost management concerns.Collaborating with project teams to prepare detailed cost plans for head contract variations and similar claims and assisting with agreement of subcontractor and consultant variations.Qualifications
