Senior Cost Supervisor – Operations - Bilingual

Position Objective

To supervise and control production cost determination, analysis, and optimization processes, ensuring accurate product costing and profitability of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and update standard cost structures per product.
• Analyze variances between standard costs and actual costs and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Sales departments to ensure timely delivery of project BOMs for accurate costing.
• Analyze and validate the proper cost closing for each project.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising product quality.
• Prepare cost and profitability margin reports by production line, work order, or customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus.
