In this home-based role in Spain, you will oversee and support clinical trials to ensure compliance, data quality, and participant safety across sites. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive timely data collection and trial execution, while mentoring site staff and building strong stakeholder relationships. The position offers meaningful impact in shaping the conduct of global trials within ICON’s inclusive, high-performance culture. You will travel internationally up to 60% to support sites and drive trial success.
