Mawg Design is looking for a Senior Creative Designer who thrives in a hands-on, fully equipped shop environment and is energized by building high-end, custom displays and marketing activations from concept through fabrication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into well-engineered, beautifully executed physical experiences.

You’ll contribute to functional, detail-driven designs for client spaces, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure every piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, feasibility, and execution. If you’re a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.
