Role Overview

Knowledge Networks is looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Designer who thrives at the intersection of video, motion, visual design, and UI/UX . This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who combines strong creative judgment with refined execution and a deep understanding of how design drives brand, product, and engagement.

You will play a critical role in shaping how our ideas, products, and stories come to life across digital platforms. This is not a purely executional role — we’re looking for someone who can think conceptually, design systems, and elevate creative output end-to-end .

What You’ll Do

Video & Motion Design

• Lead the creation and editing of high-quality videos for social media, websites, campaigns, and product demos.
• Design and produce motion graphics, explainer videos, animations, and title sequences.
• Apply advanced principles of pacing, transitions, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate on concepts, scripts, and storyboards from ideation through final delivery.

Graphic Design

• Create visually compelling assets for marketing, branding, presentations, and campaigns.
• Translate brand guidelines into consistent yet creatively ambitious visual systems.
• Design layouts, illustrations, and graphics that communicate ideas with clarity and impact.

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Partner closely with product and development teams to ensure usability, feasibility, and quality.
• Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles.

Required Skills & Expertise

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong command of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Solid experience with Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Strong grasp of motion design fundamentals (easing, timing, hierarchy)

Creative & Strategic Strengths

• Exceptional visual sensibility and design judgment
• Strong storytelling skills across motion, video, and static design
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into polished, high-quality creative work
• High attention to detail with uncompromising quality standards

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience across video, motion graphics, graphic design, and UI/UX
• A strong, well-curated portfolio showcasing video and motion work (mandatory)
• Experience working on brand-led, product-led, or digital-first platforms
• Background in startups, agencies, or fast-paced creative environments is a strong plus
