Senior Creative Director

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior design leader with strong agency and client-services experience to lead, evolve, and scale our conceptual design and creative services portfolio within a global, outsourced, revenue-generating environment.

This is not an internal design role . The Director – Design will operate at the intersection of creative excellence, client leadership, and commercial accountability , owning how design services are positioned, delivered, and grown across external clients.

The role will be responsible for:

• Re-evaluating and strengthening our conceptual and creative design offerings
• Defining clear, sellable design services and engagement models
• Leading multi-disciplinary design teams across India and the Philippines
