**Overview**
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Creative Team – an established Art Director and Copywriter partnership – to bring impossible ideas to life for some of Australia's best-loved brands. Based in our Melbourne office, you’ll join a collaborative national team to deliver world-class creative advertising that is bold, effective and culturally relevant - and have fun doing it.
**Responsibilities**
As an established Senior Creative team, you will:
+ **Lead the development of big, effective ideas** across integrated campaigns, from concept to execution.
+ **Collaborate closely with creative leadership, client service, strategists, designers, and producers** to ensure work is innovative, on-brand, and production-ready.
+ **Craft compelling copy and striking visuals** that work seamlessly across all channels
+ **Present ideas with confidence to clients and internal teams** , articulating the thinking behind the work and inspiring buy-in.
+ **Oversee the creative process end-to-end** , managing timelines, budgets, and commissioning specialists to bring concepts to life.
**Qualifications**
**What We’re Looking For**
+ A creative partnership with an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset
+ Self-starters who thrive on big ideas and bold thinking.
+ Deep understanding of photography, typography, digital/social and print.
+ Excellent communication skills – confident in the agency and in front of clients.
+ Ability to work seamlessly with different people at different levels.
+ Passion for social and cultural trends – you know what’s shaping the conversation.
+ Art Director: Fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator CC – and able to work at pace on your own concepts.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle deadlines without breaking a sweat.
+ Prior experience working as a creative partnership within a creative advertising environment.
