We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities
Foster long-term partnerships with creators by developing vertical content and influencer selection strategies. Oversee the creator management and operation cycle including sourcing, onboarding, creating briefings and managing creative concepts, content outputs and content timeline. Conduct data analysis, build reports and use data and insights to inform learnings and strategic recommendations to global leadership. Create persuasive presentations using market trends and case studies. Track creator content performance utilizing influencer performance measurement tools and platforms to further optimize strategies for future content launch. Provide ongoing support to creators, addressing their concerns and resolving issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Account management, including assessing client’s performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to drive account growth; Project management, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams; Using Excel, Tableau, and/or SQL to derive data relationships and insights, and to monitor key performance indicators; and Performing market and competitor research to determine customer needs and pain points to identify gaps and market opportunities to build new products. Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 5%. Type: Full time, 40 hours/week
