Salary: PHP 85,000 - PHP 150,000/month

Overview

We are seeking a high-level Senior Credit Analyst with the leadership capacity to serve as a Team Lead for our offshore operations. This is a critical, client-facing role requiring a deep understanding of the Australian mortgage industry. Unlike a standard administrative position, you will be responsible for the Credit Analyst portion of the deal—formulating lending strategies, identifying the best lender for a client's specific scenario, and articulating those solutions with confidence.

The ideal candidate will manage the client journey from discovery to settlement, while simultaneously supervising a back-office team to ensure high-quality data entry and documentation.
