ABOUT THE ROLE

This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise customers to define business processes, gather and document requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive successful end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing CRM solutions within product companies or acting as the customer-side implementation owner. We are looking for someone who understands execution deeply, not only from a consulting or presales perspective, but from real ownership of delivery and outcomes.
