Position Title: Senior CRM Specialist
Work Set-up: WFH, Full-time
Shift Schedule: 4PM to 1AM PHT (TBC re Final Shift)
Salary: PHP 80,000 – PHP 85,000

About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior CRM Specialist to support the internal delivery function of a high-growth, UK-based business operating at scale. This organisation runs a fast-paced execution environment and relies heavily on Go High Level to power its CRM, workflows, and automation. The role exists to significantly increase the speed, quality, and reliability of CRM builds — enabling the internal team to execute efficiently without technical bottlenecks. This is a senior, hands-on role that works closely with the internal team. While the role sits within a marketing-led environment, the primary focus is technical execution and delivery, with marketing exposure viewed as beneficial but not essential.
