Senior Cross Platform Engineer

The Role

As our Senior Cross-Platform Mobile Engineer, you will lead the technical development of the Locanda Homes mobile ecosystem. You will architect a high-performance, premium app that serves as the central hub for our residents and guests—integrating luxury hospitality services, high-end concierge features, and secure financial tools into a single, flawless interface.

Core Responsibilities:

• Mobile Ecosystem Architecture: Design and implement a robust cross-platform mobile framework (iOS & Android) that supports structure for diverse hospitality services.
• Premium User Experience: Develop high-fidelity, elegant user interfaces that reflect the Locanda Homes brand, ensuring a "zero-friction" experience from booking to on-site service fulfillment.
• Advanced Feature Integration: Lead the deployment of high-impact features, including real-time service tracking, AI-powered personalized recommendations, and sophisticated payment gateway integrations.
• Technical Optimization: Ensure the app remains lightweight and high-speed across both platforms, maintaining the performance standards expected by a premium clientele.
• Unified Membership & Loyalty: Build and maintain cross-platform modules for exclusive membership tiers and reward programs designed to increase user stickiness and long-term engagement.

• Cross-Platform Expert: You have extensive experience with frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or similar, with a deep understanding of the unique design languages of both iOS and Android.
