We’re building a lean, high-performance trading desk and are seeking a Senior Crypto Trader with ~6 years of experience to take ownership of live strategies and scale into a Head of Trading role.

What You’ll Do

• Run your own crypto trading strategy from day one
• Full ownership from idea to execution, including risk and performance tracking
• Optimize and operate ultra-low-latency (tick-to-trade, single-digit µs) strategies
• Scale P&L and build infrastructure around your trading edge
• Help shape the future structure and direction of the desk

Requirements

• Currently live with a profitable crypto strategy (or recently)
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, HFT, and execution risk
• Strategic thinker with leadership potential
• Competitive base + strong P&L share
• Fully remote-friendly (outside US due to regulatory structure)

Preferred locations: Europe / Dubai / Singapore /Remote
