Professionals with relevant design experience in the industry sectors of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, and Petrochemical and having good knowledge in the following activities:
ROLE SUMMARY
Civil Designer, who has GOOD knowledge on the design concepts of the Onshore Oil and Gas projects. 10 to 15 years experience. Should have knowledge in 3 D modeling, extraction and drawing verification related to activities herewith mentioned. Selected person will work with less assistance from senior designers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Civil & Structural quantities Estimation (MTOs)
• Site preparation and Earthworks
• Fence (definition of post and chain link, barbed wire, etc.)
• Urbanization and Substructure
• Rainfall and Sanitary sewers
Ponds and sumps for water treatment
• Roads and pavements
• Request serial number
• Industrial Buildings (in some cases blast resistance) and Offices Structures
• Piling and caps for equipment and structures
Floating foundation
• Spread, Combined or Mat Equipment Foundations (Pumps, Exchangers, Columns, Horizontal and • Vertical Vessels, Bins, Compressors, Turbo-generators, etc.) Columns, Horizontal and Vertical Vessels, Bins, Compressors, Turbo-generators, etc.) Structures & Pipe
• Prefabricated concrete structure
• Spread, Combined or Mat Foundation for Industrial Buildings and Offices
• Industrial Buildings (in some cases blast resistance) and Offices Structures
Technical Skills
• Civil design reviews
• Inter-disciplinary design reviews and coordination meetings
• Guidance to designing team
• Planning, job delegation, progress monitoring and control
Software skills required:
• SMART PLAN 3 D and SMART PLAN REVIEW
• PDS and/or, PDMS, are not mandatory, but valuable
• AUTOCAD
