As Senior CSA Engineer, you'll oversee civil, structural, and architectural design and delivery across a major Nordic data centre campus — ensuring quality, safety, and compliance on a project of true global scale.
What You'll Do
Manage CSA packages from site prep through fit-out
Interface with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Drive coordination across disciplines and ensure programme alignment
Support innovation in sustainable materials and build practices
What You'll Bring
Strong CSA experience on large-scale industrial or DC builds
Technical knowledge of structural, civil, and architectural systems
Collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams
Highly advantageous if you speak Finnish
