What is the job about?

As a Senior Customer Sales & Support Center (CSSC) Proposals Engineer, you will contribute to a high‑performing CSSC Proposal team by providing timely and effective technical support for incoming inquiries. You will act as a subject matter expert, delivering world‑class customer service by handling complex and escalated customer inquiries and quotations. In this role, you will also support and guide the CSSC Back Office team and contribute to internal training initiatives. This position reports to our CSSC Manager and operates in a hybrid model from our Apodaca or Monterrey, NL or Mexico City facility. Please note that relocation is not supported for this role. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
