Our client in Western New York is seeking a Senior Custom Projects Manager to join their team!
 
This is an on-site/full-time/direct-hire position
Salary based on experience: $60k-$80k + bonus opportunity

Position Summary:
The Senior Custom Projects Manager leads the Custom Projects department from initial concept through final installation, turning ambiguous ideas into high-quality finished environments. This role owns project execution, department performance, and client experience while guiding a growing creative team. The ideal candidate brings structure, accountability, and hands-on leadership to a fast-paced, family-owned organization focused on culture, quality, and long-term growth.
