Responsibilities
- Design and implement business unit strategy to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Manage P&L, forecasting, and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Drive commercial activities: lead generation, upselling strategies, and client engagement.
- Oversee consulting projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Develop and mentor a team of 5 consultants, fostering engagement and growth.
- Build strong client relationships and resolve critical issues when needed.
Drive strategic consulting projects and lead a high-performing team. Work with international clients in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years leading consulting teams and business units.
- Skills: Strategic vision, commercial mindset, negotiation, and team leadership.
- Knowledge: Organizational design, change management, assessments, and market insights.
- Language: Advanced English (essential for international client interaction).
- Mindset: Inspirational leader, adaptable to entrepreneurial environments, resilient, and collaborative.
- Competitive salary: $70K - $90K MXN/month.
