Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business unit strategy to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Manage P&L, forecasting, and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Drive commercial activities: lead generation, upselling strategies, and client engagement.
  • Oversee consulting projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop and mentor a team of 5 consultants, fostering engagement and growth.
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve critical issues when needed.

Drive strategic consulting projects and lead a high-performing team. Work with international clients in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years leading consulting teams and business units.
  • Skills: Strategic vision, commercial mindset, negotiation, and team leadership.
  • Knowledge: Organizational design, change management, assessments, and market insights.
  • Language: Advanced English (essential for international client interaction).
  • Mindset: Inspirational leader, adaptable to entrepreneurial environments, resilient, and collaborative.
  • Competitive salary: $70K - $90K MXN/month.
