Senior Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer

As a Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer, you will be the core technical engine driving the adoption and hyper-growth of Rich Communication Services (RCS) for Business platform. You will transform traditional business-to-consumer and consumer-to-business communication (e.g., SMS, RCS) into a rich, conversational platform, enabling businesses of all sizes to connect with their customers directly in the native carrier messaging app across platforms. You will require engineering expertise with consultation, focusing on establishing, nurturing, and expanding technical partnership and alliances with key enterprises, as well as building repeatable, scalable solutions that unlock business and efficiency for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs).
