Senior Customer Connections Manager

Overview

Bupa is seeking a Senior Customer Connections Manager to lead a program that connects Health Insurance customers with our expanding Health Services, driving growth and deepening customer relationships. This is a strategic role focused on customer engagement, loyalty, and enterprise growth.

Our program aims to reward loyalty, strengthen engagement, and operationalise enterprise growth initiatives. The role is accountable for operational and technical management of Bupa’s customer referral program and leads the Customer Connections team, responsible for building referral partnerships across the Bupa ecosystem and delivering sales growth through strong partner and channel relationships.
