Senior Customer Engineer

You will own high‑impact integration projects within a fast‑growing Series A tech company with offices in Rio de Janeiro and Caxias do Sul, Brazil. You'll lead the technical execution of complex customer integrations for their demo & POC automation platform, working directly with the Customer Engineering Lead and other integration leads. Success means delivering robust, scalable solutions that satisfy both customer requirements and the platform's architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of customer integration solutions.
• Partner with other integration leads to define end‑to‑end integration strategies.
• Reverse engineer and navigate complex third‑party API endpoints; build wrappers and adaptors as needed.
