The Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Excellence Division at LucaNet. This division includes Customer Success, Technical & Professional Services, and Support. In this role, you will analyze processes and metrics, implement strategies to improve efficiency, and create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
