Our company is seeking a strategic and data-driven CRM Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of customer relationship management strategies across diverse markets.

About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced professional with 5+ years in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle marketing who can drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value through personalized multi-channel initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS push notifications messaging platforms. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging content that resonates with customers at every stage of their journey.
