The company is a leading shipping and freight forwarding business, specialising in direct services to Scandinavia, as well as mainland Europe. They offer competitive, flexible and customised transport and logistics solutions for land, sea and air, and are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join their team.

Role description depending on experience

  • Take day to day lead of the Bookings/Customer Service Team
  • Customer services be the contact point for our customers transport bookings and help them with any information that they require
  • Take bookings and create in the internal software
  • Liaise with transport and export planners
