Job Description

Now, we are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to own and elevate the customer experience for a select portfolio of major clients. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership for a small portfolio of large cloud and tech customers ensuring that we consistently meet contractual obligations, deliver seamless services, and maintain strong, trusted relationships. You will be the customer’s central point of contact across the entire lifecycle. This is a highly visible role with a broad customer responsibility from service delivery to strategic relationship management.
